🌿 Each Autumn, in the Chianti village of Castelnuovo Berardenga, to the northeast of Siena Italy, seven Busch siblings plus nephews, nieces, new & old friends & partners, gather at Michael and David's historic c.1500's Tuscan property to harvest the estate's olives producing by hand this "Liquid Gold".

​🌿 Pressed from traditional tuscan olive varieties Leccino, Moraiolo, Pendolino and Frantoio. Characterized by a distinct, pleasant bitterness on the palate followed by a bold, peppery, and lingering tingle or "kick" at the back of the throat. This pungency is a direct sign of high polyphenols (natural antioxidants) found in early-harvest green olives.​
