Vineyard View Suite
After discovering a 1500's stone farmhouse in the middle of olive groves and vineyards, digital media marketing professional Michael Busch and residential design architect David Berry relocated from Los Angeles to Tuscany to revive the ancient property. The couple painstakingly restored the property down to original details over several years, adding all modern conveniences including a full cook's kitchen and several dining and view terraces. Sitting behind large iron gates and up a long driveway within walking distance of several small villages, four fine restaurants and local Chianti Classico wine-tasting are a stone's throw away. The entire estate is thoughtfully furnished with 18-19c European Antiques, Classic Sculpture, Florentine Carvings, Venetian Glass, and Umbrian Ceramics.
The Vineyard Suite benefits from its own private entrance off of the single bedroom just steps from the large 10m x 5m pool and pool terrace set into the slope of the hillside, with views facing the property's olive groves. There is a private bedroom terrace which overlooks the entire estate and the rolling Chianti Hills beyond.
The canopied single bed is fitted with a comfortable U.S. custom-made mattress sitting within an antique French Empire style bedframe.
